Pia Bergman, Swedish Tax Agency, received the very first sustainability awards at the annual meeting on 18 May 2017 at the Clarion Hotel Arlanda Airport.

There are many organizations that have been particularly dear to the hearts of our sustainability award winners. Over the ten years that the sustainability award has been awarded, our scholarship recipients have chosen these various worthy causes.

2026 The Ministry of Storytelling Foundation

The prize money of 5,000 SEK was donated to the Ministry of Storytelling Foundation.

2025 Young water conservationist and promising tennis junior

The two prize winners chose to donate the prize money of 5,000 SEK each to two young enthusiasts, firstly to the young water conservationist Edvin Kronberg, who on his own initiative is working to restore a riverbed that is important for aquatic animals in Hälsingland, and secondly to the promising tennis junior Melker Andersson from Ystad.

2024 Rainbow Fund and Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

The prize sum is a total of SEK 10 and the prize winners will donate the amount to the Rainbow Fund, which wants to contribute to a world where all people have the same basic freedoms and rights regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity, and the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, which works for the survival of elephants.

2023 SOS Children's Villages

The prize sum of SEK 5 was donated to children in Ukraine through SOS Children's Villages in Denmark.

2022 Unizon and WWF

The two prize winners chose to donate the prize money of SEK 5 each to two different initiatives: Unizon, which brings together over 000 women's shelters, girls' shelters and youth shelters that work for an equal society free from violence.
WWF for their work to conserve and restore wetlands and other freshwater ecosystems and their biodiversity.

2021 The Whole Man – Öland

The prize money was donated to Hela Människan, an organization that believes in the equal value of all people and the right to a dignified life and works strengthening for and together with people who live in a vulnerable life situation. At 65 locations in Sweden, open cafes, job training, shelters and other accommodation as well as other forms of support activities are offered, among other things.

The whole person Öland greets that they are "so grateful for the support we have received from the Lindby laundry but nice practical rugs that make the shop easier to clean, but also for the amount we received from the laundry association. This will help fellow citizens in the municipality.”

2020 Greenpeace and We Effect

One of the prize winners chose to donate the prize money to Greenpeace and their work in drawing everyone's attention to the enormous negative impact of humans on, and their measures to protect, the world's oceans.

Prize winner number two chose to donate to We Effect, which works to eradicate poverty in the world. The organization focuses on equality, women and help for self-help, where people organize together.

2019 Cancer Foundation

According to the prize winners' wishes, the prize sum of a total of SEK 10, each prize is SEK 000, was given to the Cancer Foundation.

2018 Cancer Foundation

The prize sum of SEK 5 was given according to the prize winner's wishes to the Cancer Foundation.

2017 Lions International Fund (LCIF)

The prize sum of SEK 5 was donated to the Lions International Fund (LCIF) based on their long-term vision for a sustainable society
