Carpaccio of smoked sirloin steak served with pickled silver onions, fermented pepper cream, arugula, potato crisps and a blanket of parmesan.
Corn fed chicken
Honey-roasted corn chicken served with butter-roasted corn and mushrooms, tossed Italian wild spinach, buttered chicken breast and mashed potatoes.
Snickers
Baked chocolate pie with hazelnut cream, dulce de leche, candied peanuts, served with whipped vanilla mascarpone on a bed of chocolate soil.
