Jeffrey Lewis
General Manager Sweden, ECT2
Jeffrey Lewis brings over 20 years of industry experience to the ECT2 team where he currently leads as Sweden General Manager. Prior to joining ECT2, Jeff has worked in various research and consulting roles for companies such as Tyréns and the Swedish Defence Research Agency, FOI. He is an expert in hydrogeological assessment, remediation strategies and specializes in groundwater contaminant transport. Jeff is past president of the Swedish branch of the International Association of Hydrogeologists and has served on the editorial board of Hydrogeology Journal. He is a member of the Swedish Geotechnical Society, and Naturvetarna, Swedish Association of Professional Scientists, is a Docent (Associate Professor) at the University of Gothenburg, and has authored over 20 consulting reports for the industry. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Royal Military College of Canada and earned his PhD in Earth Science from the University of Quebec.

Linda Myhrman - This is how we train employees for the laundry industry
Head, Community School
Linda has worked with education and learning for 25 years in many different industries. In September 2023, she took over as director of education at Samhallskolan with the task of securing Samhallskolan's transition to Samhall's overall strategy, with a focus on employee development. Samhallskolan is responsible for all education and learning within Samhall, which includes 25 professional roles. She will talk about how to work to make educational plans and content available to the broad target group.

MAXI-PRESS, headquartered in Eichenzell near Fulda, Germany, is a growing global manufacturer of wear and spare parts for industrial laundries with additional company locations in the USA, Australia and China. Since 2006, MAXI-PRESS Elastomertechnik GmbH has been developing, manufacturing and distributing compatible high-performance membranes for water extraction presses of all major laundry machine manufacturers such as Jensen, Kannegiesser, Lavatec, Transferon etc. Further spare and special parts for presses, batch washers, dryers as well as a wide range of ironer supplies complete the offer.
Drainage membranes for water extraction presses are the core product of MAXI-PRESS. The drainage membranes provide the highest degree of moisture removal with low wear during laundry operation effectively helping to save resources and costs. Because the drier the laundry, the less energy has to be invested in the drying process. MAXI-PRESS develops, manufactures and sells the vendor-neutral drainage membranes in specially developed rubber compounds for different applications.

Johannes Schmid-Wiedersheim
Johannes is show director of Texcare International and portfolio manager for Messe Frankfurt's global textile care and food technology fairs. In his career spanning 20 years in the exhibition industry he has managed and overseen trade shows on six continents, but is still waiting for his first assignment to Antarctica.

Anna Heide – Social sustainability is good business
Business development manager, Fastighets AB Trianon
Anna Heide has extensive experience in property management and development. She worked for many years in the municipal real estate company MKB in Malmö, with, among other things, the development of the particularly socially vulnerable residential areas Rosengård and Seved. Today, Anna works as Business Development Manager at Fastighets AB Trianon, which is a listed real estate company. Trianon owns, manages, develops and builds properties in Malmö and the surrounding area. The property portfolio includes 131 properties with 455 square meters of lettable area, divided into approximately 485 percent residential and community properties and 85 percent commercial properties. A large part of the stock consists of properties in million program areas and working with social sustainability has become a large part of the company's business and everyday life. A very good deal. By being an active and committed player in the local area, Trianon contributes to long-term and sustainable urban development.
Richard Sallermo
CEO and founder of Ensucon
The environmental consulting company Ensucon is responsible for the authorization of our members. At the annual meeting, Rickard Sallermo will talk about how it is possible to build a sustainable company and at the same time grow quickly (from three to 70 employees in five years) by focusing on the employees feeling well and having fun at work - or, in brief : not to do like the big consulting firms.

Mads Andresen – Smarter Laundry with AI & Robotics
CEO and founder of Inwatec ApS
Mads Andresen is the CEO and founder of the Danish engineering and machinery company Inwatec ApS. Since 2009, always having efficiency and ergonomics in the industrial laundry sector in mind, his vision is to eliminate as many tedious manual processes as possible. Starting out with mat-rollers, the company’s focus today lies on smart soiled side sorting solutions. In 2019 the company was awarded the “Odense Robotics Company of the Year” award, followed by steady growth. Today, more than ten years after founding the company, Andresen is continuously following his goal of “removing the dirty work” with his constantly growing team of so-called “Laundrynerds”. In October 2023, he also took on the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Inwatec’s partner, the JENSEN-GROUP.

Mike has had a long career creating and developing engineering solutions to assist the laundry Industry operate more efficiently and cost effectively. Starting his career with supplying reconditioned second hand laundry machinery to developing countries, he moved on to develop laundry automation systems such as Futurail and Supertrack, software company Benchmarker, and for 25 years has been an International Consultant to a range of companies associated with the laundry Industry. They are joined by Drammen based Per Ohrberg, who as the former commercial face of Lilleborg remains a major presence in the Scandinavian market, and who continues today as an environmental consultant with whom Aquatherm are proud to be associated.
About Aquatherm
The first Aquatherm system was prototyped in 1981 and has since continued to evolve, a concept that can recover and reuse over 80% of the energy lost in laundry waste water, typically cutting total energy consumption by around a third. Whilst the development cycle for Aquatherm is nearing an end, work continues on ironer heat recovery, condense systems and water reuse systems all with the continuing goal of reducing cost and the environmental impact of the laundry process.
